Physician - Hospitalist

Job Summary:

This position involves providing hospitalist services under a flexible full-time schedule of 7 days on/7 days off, with an average of 15 shifts per month. The role offers a supportive work environment, competitive compensation, and performance-based incentives. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care at Belton Regional Hospital.
• Work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital programs.
• Engage in teaching opportunities with the Internal Medicine residency program, if interested.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Internal Medicine.
• Must hold a current medical license in Missouri (MO).
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and varying patient loads.

Compensation:

• Competitive annual salary (typically around $280,000), negotiable based on experience.
