Job Description for Busser/Runner:

As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent dining experience by supporting the front-of-house team and ensuring the restaurant is clean, organized, and ready to serve guests. You will be responsible for setting up stations, running food to tables, assisting servers, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for guests.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  Friendly, positive attitude with a focus on excellent guest service.
• Ability to lift and carry items, including trays of food and beverages.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and assist in creating a welcoming environment.
• Follow food safety standards and cleanliness protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
• Assist servers with guest requests and ensure all food and drink orders are delivered promptly.
• Keep communication clear with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure table readiness and smooth service.
